Amazing Vegan faux leather which is actually a pebble texture fabric. They are doing amazing things with polyester these days, and this fabric is a fine example of that,

The options for faux leathers are not great, bonded leathers peel in just a few months, and vinyl is uncomfortable. Even super expensive real leather is problematic in the heat, stains and fades easily and is impossible to clean. Not to mention what a cat can do to it.

These fabrics amazingly look like leather but are long wearing fabrics with good stain resistance and they can be dry cleaned. This brushed fabric has a smooth and comfortable feel. (Honestly I am thinking of making myself a jacket!)

At the very least you will surprise your friends with how clever you are.
